CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY
If you cancel prior to January 31, 2008, you will receive a refund of your payment minus a service fee of $25.00. If the cancellation is received after January 31, 2008, no refund or credit is available. Substitutions, or sending someone to take your place in the conference, are acceptable. Registrants who fail to attend, do not cancel by the deadline, and do not send a representative to take their place are not entitled to a credit or refund of any kind. Unfortunately, there will be no exceptions.
