CONFERENCE CENTER

The Armstrong Center is located on AASU's main campus on the south side of Savannah, GA. The facility is a beautiful two-story gathering place with a spacious auditorium, open registration area, technology-enabled function rooms, gracious ballroom, sunny atrium, curving stairways, carpeted hallways, vaulted ceilings, marble-tiled bathrooms, convenient computer labs, and large parking lot. The rooms are sensibly arranged within the building and will not be difficult for conferees to locate, as demonstrated by the online floor plan.

Atrium and registration area:

Not only should conferees enjoy the indoor setting of The Armstrong Center, but they should also enjoy the outdoor setting of Savannah. Since Savannah is a tourist town, special events are always being staged, and conferees might enjoy taking the opportunity to linger post-conference and enjoy some of those events. Moreover, weather conditions in early February are usually mild, with the locals requiring only jackets or light coats. Trees remain green and blooming plants abound.
