ATTENDANCE REGISTRATION FORM

The conference facility eventually hopes to make it possible for conferees to register online. However, and unfortunately, campus server problems have so far prevented us from benefiting from that option. So, for the time being, conferees should print, complete, and submit this registration form to The Armstrong Center. Note that your registration will not be complete until payment has been received.

There are several options for submitting the form and remitting payment of registration fees. Conferees will probably find it quick and easy to fax the form to 912-961-3233. Once the form is faxed, payment can be remitted in a couple of ways: (1) Fax a copy (front and back) of the credit card to be charged. Registration fees will be processed, and a receipt will be faxed back to you. (2) Call the conference center at 912-927-5322 and relay the credit card information by telephone.

If you're uncomfortable with the idea of faxing in the materials, you might choose instead to mail in the form along with a check. The address is:

Important: Conference presenters must register for the conference and be a member of SWCA. If you are not presenting, we welcome you to join SWCA and pay the lower conference registration cost or to register as a non-member.
