LLP Faculty Resources
|
 |
Faculty members, this is your site, so please submit your comments, concerns, and questions regarding its content and design. At the present time, the site serves as a collection point for four different kinds of resources.
First on the resource list is the Writing Program website. Beth Howells has worked very hard on it, and she would much appreciate your input. Syllabi, lesson plans, writing assignments, and teaching tips are all needed.
Next is a page of Armstrong Links promoting faculty development. The AASU Intranet has blossomed in the recent past, and faculty members can locate information about lots of faculty development issues - from financial and health benefits to teaching and technology resources - simply by sitting in front of their computers and clicking on weblinks.
The same observation can be made about Internet resources, which have multiplied considerably in the past few years. Two pages of links - one of Instructor Support Sites and another of Teaching Resource Sites - are provided for your review. Please forgive the overlap between the two link pages; the sources are not always easy to categorize.
It should be noted that the links on these pages have not been thoroughly explored. Contact Debi Reese and pass on your suggestions for revision and improvement. While you're at it, send in your own Internet bookmarks. The site will benefit much from your personal list of preferred sites.
