Music has always been apart of my life. Since I was able to stand on my own feet, I have been either performing or practicing to perform. I studied vocal performance and pedagogy at Armstrong State College in the late 80's and early 90's. Although my education is in the classical style, I appreciate all forms of music. I especially enjoy Jazz, Rock, Christian, Instrumental and Classical. Some of my favorite jazz artists are Ella Fitzgerald, Sara Vaughn, Johnny Mercer and Harry Connick Jr. The Eagles, Styx, Bon Jovi, Kansas and INXS are a few of my favorite rock groups. I just love Elvis Presley. Christian music interests me especially with artists such as Steven Curtis Chapman, Carman, Take 6, Steve Green and Babbie Mason. I love classical music and my very favorite composer is Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. I have sung with various organizations, including the Savannah Symphony Chorale, Armstrong Chorus and Chamber Ensemble, Armstrong Jazz Band and various community choirs. These days I enjoy teaching piano lessons and performing for church and youth groups, weddings and other special occasions.

I became interested in photography during my first year of college. Although I have never been much more than a dabbler in this hobby, I enjoy sharing my pictures with others.
