Armstrong Atlantic State University, Savannah, GA. Bachelor's degree in English Communications, with a concentration in Professional Writing, December 2001. Experience
August 2001-present

AASU Writing Center. Tutored students from all majors in English literature, grammar mechanics, and composing research papers; MLA, APA and Chicago style format; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher; and WordPerfect.

AASU's Music, Theatre and Art Department. Worked with AM&T marketing director to market and advertise AASU's theatre productions. Wrote press releases; managed box office; and created flyers, postcards, surveys and mailing lists.
June 2001-August 2001

Savannah Morning News. Researched and composed several sections of the magazine as well as aided in photo shoots. Helped the advertising accountants with their sales and the assistant editor with subscription and financial information.

AASU Office of Public Relations. Wrote and sent press releases concerning activities occurring on AASU's campus and maintained files on media coverage.
