In learning a foreign language at AASU, students are assured of receiving individual attention in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere as they expand their horizons and prepare for a productive future. Moreover, students attain their language degrees under the direction of faculty members who are active scholars and who share a common vision.

Several Foreign Language minors are available:
Students majoring in other disciplines can pursue minor studies in French, German, Latin, and Spanish. Individuals seeking a foreign language minor (15 hours) must complete at least nine hours of language electives numbered 3000 or above.
